Empowering Independence Through Real-World Connections

At Thriveora Community , we believe that true growth happens out in the world, not inside a facility. We provide professional Non-Center-Based Day Support tailored for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities.

Guided by our core values of Inclusion, Empowerment, and Community, our modern, mobile approach swaps traditional classrooms for the vibrant rhythm of everyday life. Our dedicated team meets participants exactly where community happens: local libraries, parks, restaurants, recreation centers, and neighborhood events. By aligning our support with each individual’s unique ISP goals, we help participants build the practical social and independent living skills they need to confidently claim their place in the community.

Creating Opportunities to Connect, Grow, and Thrive

VISION

We envision communities where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have meaningful opportunities to participate, connect, build confidence, and experience a greater sense of belonging.

MISSION

Our mission is to empower individuals through personalized, community-based support that promotes social connection, independence, and practical community living skills. Through meaningful activities and real-world experiences, we encourage each individual to make choices, develop skills, and participate more fully in their community.

Support That Happens Where Community Life Happens

  1. Person-Centered Support: Individualized coaching aligned with each participant’s ISP goals, building real-world skills through structured community experiences.
  2. In-Community Learning: Skills acquisition happens during preferred participant interests — community recreational sports, local fitness centers, creative art studios, and public libraries — not in a center.
  3. Structured Engagement: Interactive schedules, group meetups, and skill-building outings aligned with personal goals — from joining a local gym to exploring art classes — fostering independence and meaningful connections.
