Thriveora Community provides mobile, community-based day support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We help individuals build social and community living skills through meaningful activities and experiences in their communities.
At Thriveora Community LLC, we believe meaningful growth happens when individuals have opportunities to learn, connect, participate, and thrive within their communities.
We provide Non-Center-Based Day Support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD.
Our mobile approach focuses on helping individuals develop social and community living skills through real-world experiences tailored to their interests, abilities, and goals.

We provide support in integrated community settings rather than operating from a traditional center.
Funding & Medicaid Waivers
We are an approved provider for Virginia’s DD Waiver program. We accept the FIS (Family and Individual Supports), BI (Building Independence), and CL (Community Living) waivers.
Staffing Ratios (1:1 & 1:3)
We provide individualized 1:1 support for Community Coaching and a small-group 1:3 ratio for Community Engagement, ensuring meaningful guidance while encouraging safe interaction with the community.
